Environmental Stewardship

It is the philosophy of Corporate Office Properties Trust to be a good neighbor and business partner to the community. Toward that end, we take care to protect the environment throughout the development process. Additionally, COPT is a member of Businesses for the Bay, a voluntary team of forward-looking industries, businesses and other organizations within the Chesapeake Bay watershed that are committed to pollution prevention throughout the watershed.
