Under Development
With the potential for over one million square feet of new development, a full range of opportunities are available in new buildings, which are currently in design development. Build-to-suit opportunities are available for larger tenants in both the restricted business campus and the historic district. Building sizes will range from approximately 40,000 to 60,000 square feet in the historic district and from approximately 60,000 to 90,000 square feet each in the restricted business district. All buildings will be two or three stories and will be designed to complement the existing historic structures and the topography of the site.
The restricted business campus will provide government tenants and contractors with a state of the art power infrastructure and DOD workforce protection setback requirements. Tenants will be able to take advantage of COPT's significant experience in developing mission critical office environments for government and defense sector tenants.
Historic district office space will be perfect for a variety of corporate needs, including business services, biotechnology, professional offices, and academic/educational uses.
